Cookie Dough Fudge
Ingredients:
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts optional
Instructions:
Wrap parchment paper around an 8x8-inch 20x20 cm square baking pan, leaving extra on two sides to make it easy to take off later
Put the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave
Stir the mixture every 30 seconds while heating it in the microwave until it is smooth and all melted
The all-purpose flour and brown sugar should then be added and mixed in
Blend the batter until its well mixed
If you want to, you can add chopped walnuts and mini chocolate chips
Spread the cookie dough fudge mixture out evenly in the baking pan that has been prepared
Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it gets firm
When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan
Cut the fudge into squares or any other shape you like
