One Pan Chicken Alfredo
One Pan Chicken Alfredo is a creamy and satisfying pasta dish cooked all in one skillet. Its perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-high heat
Put chicken breasts that have been cut up and minced garlic into the pan
About 5 to 6 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink
Heavy cream and chicken broth should be added
Use a stir to mix
Make sure the fettuccine pasta is completely submerged in the liquid before adding it to the pan
Bring it to a boil, then turn down the heat so it simmers
It will take about 12 to 15 minutes of stirring every now and then until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened
Add grated Parmesan cheese to the cooked pasta and mix it in until it melts and is well mixed
Add pepper and salt to taste
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley
