Vegan Pumpkin Butter Sticky Buns

These vegan pumpkin butter sticky buns are a tasty treat that can be eaten for breakfast or as a dessert. Theyre simple to make and taste great with pumpkin and warm spices. The sweet, sticky glaze and light, airy cookies make them impossible to resist.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can 15 oz pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1 package 16 oz refrigerated vegan biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts optional

Instructions:

Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C

Put the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger in a bowl and mix them with the pumpkin puree

Take the biscuit dough out of the package and cut it into biscuits

Cover every biscuit with the pumpkin mixture, and then put them in a baking dish that has been greased

If you want, you can sprinkle chopped nuts on top

After the oven is hot, bake the buns for 25 to 30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it
